Currently there are five different tools you can benefit from. Apart from English, the tools are also available in Latvian and Russian.
A tool for assessing questions. Simple version latviešu valodā на русском
A tool for assessing questions. Advanced version latviešu valodā на русском
A tool for assessing objectives. Simple version latviešu valodā на русском

A tool for assessing parameters. Simple version latviešu valodā на русском
We suggest you start with simple versions of the tools as they can be easily integrated into any learner-centred syllabus. The tools about questions and objectives will be a good starting point if you invite your learners to pose questions and define objectives. The tool about parameters may seem more difficult at first glance and you might think that this is something you are not doing with your learners. If you take a closer look, however, you will see that the tool will help you assess the quality of descriptions your learners come up with. And this is definitely something you ask your pupils to do on a regular basis.
Advanced versions of the tools were developed for those colleagues who plan their teaching in line with the stages of competence development. Compared to the simple versions of the tools, these ones introduce the time perspective. It is evident that learner questions or objectives should evolve as they are becoming more competent in this or that area. Thus, criteria for assessing both questions and objectives cannot be the same at various phases of dealing with a problem. Advanced versions of the tools offer different assessment criteria based on the stage of competence development.
